Aubergine for blood vessels

Aubergine is useful for Arteriosclerosis and liver diseases, due to its ability to increase the excretion of cholesterol in the body, lower the cholesterol concentration in the blood and in the vessel walls.
Aubergine is an annual plant with purple fruits, which must be collected when the fruits are technically mature. Biologically mature fruits become woody and are not suitable for eating.
Aubergine is rich in potassium, which improves heart function and increase urine flow.
Aubergine can be consumed when cooked, salted or  pickled.
