What can you do about hair loss

There can be many reasons for loosing hair. The cause could be too one-sided diet, lack of omega fatty acids, intestinal problems, excessive intake of vitamins or the lack of them, stress or anemia. There could also be many more serious reasons.

But here is one foolproof, cheap and easy procedure to stop hair loss, that everyone can do at home.

You only need some castor oil, burdock root oil and a few hours of time.
  • Mix oils in equal parts and heat the mixture. The best way for heating is to put the bottle with oil into the bowl of boiling water for a few minutes.
  • Carry the warm oil onto your dry hair from roots and scalp to the ends of the hair, cover it up with bathing cap or towel and stay that way 1/2 - 2 hours.
  • The most important part of this procedure, for the sake of not having a greasy hair later, is the next step: start with shampooing your oiled hair without water.
  • Then, continue as usual washing your hair.
You'll see results already after the first time. Continue weekly until you'll see the new hair growth and you'll notice that the hair loss has stopped, takes about four times.

Tomato is a gift from God

Do you know someone who doesn't like tomatoes?
I do know one young man, but he is passionate user of ketchup and tomato juice. Tomatoes are full of beneficial properties which are still useful in any way the tomatoes are prepared.
Botanically the tomato is a berry, but it is considered a vegetable for culinary purposes.
Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C and E, carotenoids and potassium. Studies have shown that a natural antioxidant lycopene in tomato helps fight free radicals and prevent cancer.
Fresh juice is good for stomach ulcers or liver disease. In case of those conditions it is recommended to use half a glass of sauerkraut juice and half a glass of fresh tomato juice. Drink 3 times daily after meals.

Fresh tomatoes are used for cardiac and vascular illnesses, including a hypertensive disease, angina and in case of myocardial infarction. Tomatoes and their juice helps in gastritis, anemia, loss of memory and reduces the acidity of gastric juices.
By drinking a glass of fresh tomato juice, you'll get half of the needed amount of daily goal in vitamin A and C. Tomato juice is recommended for use with the apple, pumpkin and lemon juice (ratio 2:4:2:1), which is especially beneficial when it is necessary to get rid of excess weight.Tomatoes in cosmetics are as good as cucumber or carrot. It is advisable to place the tomato mask for 10-15 minutes on a dry, withered skin.
Are you the lucky one, who can pick his own tomatoes and enjoy the incredible smell of them?

Calendula the Golden Goddess

I had small fever for months for no understandable reason. Until I decided to use Calendula for treatment.
I  ate a few blossoms every day for four days and my fever went away for good, this time.

Calendula (Calendula officinalis), also known as marigold grows throughout the world. It has many traditional  uses.  An infusion made from the crushed petals is used for its cleansing and antiseptic properties, and extracts and ointments are used to treat jaundice, to induce menstruation, to produce sweat during fevers  and also as a remedy for digestive disorders.

Calendula is used to treat a variety of conditions and diseases such as jaundice, stomach ulcers, liver complaints, digestive disorders, conjunctivitis, and externally, to heal wounds. It is also used to promote menstruation, induce sweating, increase urination, and to relieve flu and fevers.

For external use, Calendula flowers and leaves are made into ointment or powder for  cuts, scrapes, scalds, blisters, abrasions, acne, rashes.
Calendula tea can be used to rinse hair, which leaves your lighter locks highlighted.
A solution of Calendula can be made by adding one or two teaspoons of dried or fresh Calendula petals to 150g of boiling water and letting is soak for 5 to 10 minutes. The solid particles are strained out and the solution can be either consumed up to three times a day, or used as skin tonic. If you like the Calendula tea, it is advised to use honey instead of sugar.
Calendula is known to affect the menstrual cycle and should therefore not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
By eating two Calendula flower buds daily will cure cervical erosinons, angina and will reduce fever. You can use them in salads or  eat flowers as they are. Most beneficial are the calendulas with light hearts. It is not advised to consume the Calendulas with black hearts.
Just pick and Bon Appetit!

A cup of Dancing Tea, anyone?

Extract from this herbal plant was used in some parts of ancient Thailand as a preventive against several diseases. They called it by the name Cha Chalor Chara, meaning "anti-aging tea". However, it came close to being extinguished, but recent hybrid research has secured the existence of this plant for future beneficiary.
Tests have revealed that the antioxidant level of the Dancing Tea is very high.
This wonderful tea  will help prevent and cure cancer in the stomach and intestines, remove fever, keep urinary tract clean and cure physical nerve damage.
Drinking this tea, you will experience strengthening of your immunity system, smoothening of your skin and a general increase of your health.
The Dancing tea is yielded from the Udorn Dancing Plants.  This wonderful plant is  responding  to sounds like music and gentle talk, but also reportedly to meditation and telepathy by moving it's leaves gently. In my opinion this is something worthy of  admiration.

It is time for Blackcurrant

It is almost time for blackcurrant, which contains high amounts of vitamins, various sugars, organic acids, proteins, peptic substances, glucosides and essential oils.
Leaves, buds and berries have disinfecting effect due to the high content of essential oils.  If you use the berries with penicillin, tetracycline or streptomycin, the antibiotic effect is stronger.
Blackcurrant  leaves and buds are used as diuretic in kidney stone disease, bladder inflammation and inflammation of the pelvis.
Peptides are important in the treatment of poisonings. They are adsorbed in intestine and form insoluble compounds with salts of heavy metals, mercury, lead, cobalt, strontium. Peptic substances leave the body with adsorbed toxins.
Vitamin C is well maintained when berries are frozen. Blackcurrant leaves are also used for tea.

Health from Apricot

About a month ago I was diagnosed with anemia, vitamin D deficiency and tested positive for Borreliosis. I have no idea how it all happened, but strengthening the immune system  and eating beneficially is the only way out of this situation. Therefore I am going to look for anything useful for one's health and energy and I'm happy to share my findings with you.

I'll start with:
 Apricot
Due to high content of iron and potassium, dried apricots are essential to anemia patients and during pregnancy.
Apricot pulp contains up to 27% of sugars, malic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, pectin, starch, tanning, vitamin C, carotene. But  it is also rich in  sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron compounds.
Kuraga is also good in case of circulatory failure and myocardial infarction.
In addition, 100-150 g of dried apricots a day ensures regular digestion :).
Be careful though if you have diabetes.
